Liliya Nikol is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, customer relations, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Specialist at BASF since April 2022, Liliya previously held the position of Key Account Manager and Projektleiterin at PRofiFLITZER GmbH, where responsibilities included leading personnel projects and managing regional operations. Liliya's career also includes roles as a Praktikantin in Personnel and Project Management at COMCAVE.COLLEGE GmbH, an Ehrenamtliche Dolmetscherin at Diakonisches Werk Karlsruhe, and a Teamleiterin at Bar/Restaurant Heilige Sophie, where team management and event planning were key focus areas.
