Lin Xia, CFA, is currently engaged in digital product portfolio management within the digital incubation unit at BASF. Previously, they held leadership roles at XNode, where they co-led numerous corporate innovation programs and successfully launched multiple new products. Lin also contributed as a part-time assistant at Boston Consulting Group, aiding in various consulting projects, and gained experience in the financial sector through roles at Shanghai Securities Co., Ltd. and Haitong Securities. Lin earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
