Louise Noell

Louise Noell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory operations and sales. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Regulatory Operations for North America at BASF since January 2004, Louise leads a team focused on establishing consistent policies and governance to ensure high-quality EHS Masterdata, while also driving the transition to metric-sized labels to align with globally harmonized classification and labeling standards. Prior to this role, Louise worked as a Sales Representative for Shell from July 1980 to June 1983, managing a lucrative $20 million territory for solvents in North Carolina and Virginia. Additionally, Louise served as a Consultant at Arthur D. Little from August 1987 to August 1988, where responsibilities included conducting environmental audits and regulatory analyses across multiple countries. Louise holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, earning the degree between 1985 and 1987.
