Lukas Mayr is currently the Staff to the Chief Technology Officer at BASF, where they focus on innovative strategies for carbon management in pursuit of a CO2-emission-free future. Previously, Lukas held roles as a Senior Expert in Carbon Management and Lab Team Leader in R&D at BASF. They also conducted research as an Exchange Researcher at Purdue University, specializing in atomic layer deposition and other cutting-edge techniques. Lukas earned PhDs in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and in Physical Chemistry from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck.
