Mahesh Gupta

Mahesh Gupta is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in engineering plastics compounding and project management. Currently serving as Operations Leader at BASF since August 2016, Mahesh has led process improvement projects and quality management system certifications. Previous roles include Manager of Testing Services at BASF India Ltd, where Mahesh coordinated all testing services activities, and Manager of Facilities and EHS at Invitrogen BioServices, overseeing facilities management and health and safety programs. With a solid foundation in engineering gained from GE Global Research and GE Plastics India, Mahesh's career encompasses extensive experience in operations, maintenance, and project execution. Educational qualifications include an M.Tech. in Manufacturing Management and a PGDBA in Operations Management, alongside degrees in Electronics Engineering.
