Maksym Rybitskyi

Maksym Rybitskyi is the Regulatory Lead for Ukraine at BASF, overseeing the registration of crop protection products and plant varieties. With 12 years of experience in the registration field, they have previously held managerial roles at Saaten - Union GmbH and Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG, focusing on variety registration, seeds certification, and logistics. Maksym started their career as a Scientific Researcher at the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Examination. They hold a Master’s degree in Ecology and are currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
