Marcela Barra

Marcela Barra, MBA, has extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting, currently serving as the Accounting and Reporting Lead at BASF since November 2011, where responsibilities include financial reporting for Mexico and Central America. Prior to this role, Marcela held positions related to corporate accounting and project management, notably leading the SAP Autobank system project for bank reconciliation. Previous experience includes working as a Cost Accountant at Pearson and various accounting roles at KONICA MINOLTA, INC. and Samsung Opto-Electronics America Inc. Academically, Marcela holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Kean University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution.
