Mario Soorholtz is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in catalytic processes and marketing within the chemical industry. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Manager for Cu Hydrogenation Catalysts at BASF since December 2018, Mario has a strong background in research and development, demonstrated during the tenure as Head of R&D Functions at hte GmbH from April 2013 to November 2018. In this role, Mario led interdisciplinary teams focused on analytics, catalyst preparation, and the optimization of laboratory workflows. Additionally, as a Project Manager in R&D Solutions, Mario managed a significant catalyst development project emphasizing environmental catalysis.
