Markus Form

Markus Form has extensive experience in various leadership roles, notably serving as Verwaltungsratspräsident at multiple companies. From April 2019 to April 2022, Markus was with Helveticare AG, focusing on the trade of plant-based products and food. In July 2022, Markus took on the same title at cvPage GmbH, specializing in electronic data processing and software development. Concurrently, since July 2019, Markus has been the Verwaltungsratspräsident of G&F Investments AG, which provides financial and advisory services. Markus also served as Verwaltungsratspräsident at ESEPA GMBH from January 2017 to December 2020, dealing with payment processing and factoring. Additional leadership roles include positions at Amianis AG, focusing on cashless payment services, and Erhan Yavuz Transporte GmbH for transportation services, as well as a brief tenure at Sophiax AG, providing healthcare consulting and online services. Furthermore, Markus has a long-standing role as Global Service Owner at BASF since June 2006.
