Markus Krämer

Markus Krämer is the Director of Asset and Site Performance Monitoring and Development at BASF SE, where they focus on technological assessments of investment projects and performance monitoring of production sites. They previously served as a Senior Expert at BASF from 2010 to 2018, conducting economic evaluations and supporting various company units. Before that, they led the Research and Development department at BASF Schwarzheide GmbH from 2004 to 2010. Markus began their career as a lab leader in process development at Elastogran and earned a Dr.-Ing. degree in Chemistry from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
