Marta Kowalczyk has extensive experience in Accounts Receivable, currently serving as an Expert in Technology & Digitalization at BASF since September 2015, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of a new cloud solution for collections, managing a team of seven in the Collection Team, and overseeing payment compliance and dispute resolution processes. Prior to BASF, Marta worked at Accenture Services Sp. z o.o. as a Cash Collector and Senior Cash Collector, focusing on cash collection activities and month-end procedures. Marta also contributed to the Erasmus Student Network in Szczecin as a Finance board member, supporting international students and assisting with various administrative tasks during their stay in Poland.
