Martin Jung

Martin Jung is the President of Performance Materials at BASF, a position held since September 2019. With a career spanning over a decade at BASF, Martin has served in various senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing Amines Europe and Senior Vice President for several divisions. Martin holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed studies in Chemistry and Mathematics at Heidelberg University. Additionally, Martin has experience as Senior Vice President at Chemetall, specializing in surface treatment.
