Martin Sesing is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemistry at RWTH Aachen University, where they also obtained a Diplom in Chemistry. They have extensive experience in the agrochemical industry, having worked at BASF from 2005 to 2012, where they held various positions including Director of Process Engineering in Crop Protection R&D and Senior Research Manager. Prior to this, Martin worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Technical and Macromolecular Chemistry (ITMC) at RWTH Aachen from 1999 to 2003.
