Maryem Dai

Maryem Dai is an experienced payroll specialist currently serving as an Executive Payroll Specialist for EMEA at BASF since October 2023. Previously, Maryem held the position of Global Payroll Lead at RemotePass, where responsibilities included supporting global employment services and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. In the role of Payroll Team Lead at Amaris Consulting, Maryem managed the payroll team for the EMEA region while also processing in-house payroll for Swiss entities. Prior experiences include roles at DXC Technology, where Maryem supported global payroll projects and managed audit controls, and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where focus was on regional payroll processes and tool separation projects. Maryem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business English from the University of Arts and Humanities in Tunisia.
