Mathieu Klein has over 25 years of experience in the fields of biotechnology, data architecture, and research applications. Currently serving as Senior Manager of R&D Applications Europe at BASF since July 2014, Mathieu Klein oversees digital data and AI architecture. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Center Leader for IT & Bioinformatics and Genomics at BASF Plant Science from October 1998 to June 2014, and a postdoctoral position at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Plant Physiology from January 1996 to October 1998. Mathieu Klein earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Institut fuer Genbiologische Forschung, Berlin, and has an extensive educational background from Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg.
