Matthew Feinberg

Matthew Feinberg is a Group Leader in Regulatory Affairs at BASF, bringing over 14 years of experience specializing in pesticide product registration and regulatory support under the U.S. EPA’s FIFRA. Their expertise spans both federal and international regulations, particularly with the PMRA in Canada, focusing on conventional chemicals, biochemicals, and microbial products. Prior to their current role, Matthew held positions at Novozymes and Exponent, where they developed regulatory strategies and ensured compliance for a wide range of agricultural and pest control products. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
