Matthias Klüglein is currently the Head of Global Product Transfer for Chemical Catalysts at BASF and has served in various roles since joining the company in 2009, including Head of Global Product Development for Pigments and Innovation Manager. Prior to these positions, they held roles as Senior Manager of Global Strategy for Pigments and Research Scientist in both Performance Chemicals and Polymer Research. Matthias earned a Dr. rer. nat. in Chemistry from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, completing their studies in 2001. Since 2016, they have also been the Senior Lab Team Leader for Performance Materials Research at BASF.
