Michael Deal

Michael Deal is currently the Head of Product Management for Personal Care Solutions at BASF. Previously, they served as an Asset and Margin Manager, where they were responsible for margin management and business growth of the Bio-active product portfolio from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, Michael held various roles at BASF, including Supply Chain Planner II and I, contributing significantly to supply chain processes and project management. They hold a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from Penn State University.
