Mihael Boras

Mihael Boras is a seasoned professional in sales and training management with extensive experience in the chemical industry. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at BASF since April 2023, Mihael previously held the position of Head of Learning at MBCC Group, where responsibilities included developing training concepts and launching a new Learning Management System. Mihael's earlier roles at BASF included Head of Master Builders Solutions Academy, where focus was on internal training and coaching, as well as overseeing sales strategies as Head of Sales. Prior experience also includes roles as Sales Manager at Dr. Wolman GmbH and Product Manager at BASF Corporation. Mihael holds a doctorate in Inorganic Chemistry from Würzburg, Germany.
