Moa Lyon

Moa Lyon currently serves as a Specialist in People Strategy and Organizational Development at BASF, focusing on corporate culture, team effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and employee onboarding improvements. Previously, Moa held the position of Human Resources Manager at BASF Sweden, overseeing various HR initiatives, labor law negotiations, and engagement projects. Moa has also worked as a Board Member for Aktiespararna, an HR Manager at Electroteam Bolagen, and an Operations Manager at Transdev Sverige, gaining extensive experience in HR processes, talent management, and employee relations.
