Naji Masri

Naji Masri is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Business Development, Sustainability & Digitalization for BASF in the Middle East & Egypt since September 2012. Naji has demonstrated strategic leadership through oversight of commercial operations, ensuring ethical compliance, and managing sales and budgeting as the Head of Strategy & Controlling. Naji also has a background in digitalization initiatives, significantly impacting business growth. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Information Technology Manager at Kuehne + Nagel, where Naji oversaw ERP implementation across multiple countries, and as Information Technology Project Manager at Hempel A/S, leading cross-functional teams in key project executions. Naji holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Balamand.
