Natascha Hausmann

Natascha Hausmann is currently the Head of HR Performance Chemicals Sites at BASF, where they are engaged in a job-sharing role. They previously held multiple positions at BASF and have extensive experience as a Senior Consultant at the WO Institute of Mannheim, where they managed surveys for various multinational companies. Natascha obtained a Diploma Degree in Psychology and a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Universität Mannheim, where they also served as a Research Assistant and Doctoral Student, focusing on survey feedback in multinational organizations. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Junior Consultant at OPRA Consulting Group, specializing in psychometric testing.
