Nathan Kelley

Nathan Kelley, P.E., is currently the Maintenance and Reliability Manager for Performance Materials North America at BASF. With a strong background in reliability engineering and management, Nathan previously held leadership roles at Chevron, where they supervised teams and implemented programs to enhance asset health and reduce costs. Their experience also includes managing reliability initiatives at Johnson & Johnson and leading engineering projects at Boeing. Nathan is advancing their education with multiple degrees, including an MS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Washington and Clemson University respectively.
