Neha Pawar

Neha Pawar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical marketing, sales, and new business development within the polymer industry. Currently serving as a Manager in Technical Marketing at BASF since July 2021, Neha oversees various projects. Previously, Neha held the position of Technical Marketing Manager at Evonik from November 2016 to June 2021, focusing on polyamides and high-performance polymers for the automotive and aerospace sectors. Neha also contributed to the technical marketing of polypropylene, polyethylene, and PVC at Reliance from May 2013 to December 2016. Neha's career began as a Project Intern at Siemens, working on CAD/CAM design projects related to plastic injection molding. Neha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Master of Technology in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, complemented by an international immersion program from Harvard Business School and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
