Oğuz Bayrak

Oğuz Bayrak is currently the Managing Director at BASF Türk and the BASF Innovation and Technology Center, where they also serve as the Head of RBM HCII Türkiye, Middle East, and Central Asia. Prior to this, Oğuz held several positions at BASF, including Sales Manager and Head of Regional Business Management. Oğuz gained early experience at Cognis as a Home Care and I&I Technology Manager, and held roles at Hunca Cosmetics as an R&D Engineer and Production Engineer. Oğuz's career has been marked by a strong focus on sales, marketing, and product development in the Home Care and I&I sectors.
