Oleh Dubovyk has extensive experience in sales and business development within the agricultural and environmental science sectors. Starting as a Marketing Manager at Tribo from October 2007 to October 2010, Oleh conducted market analyses and promoted products. Subsequently, during the tenure as Sales Manager at APH Group from October 2010 to August 2013, Oleh focused on selling agricultural machinery and maintaining customer relationships. As Key Account Manager at Landtech LLC from August 2013 to December 2014, Oleh emphasized long-term partnerships and innovative solutions in agriculture. Between April 2017 and September 2021, Oleh served as ES Ukraine Commercial Lead at Bayer Crop Science, developing sales strategies and conducting market analysis. Currently, as Sales and Business Development Manager for BASF since September 2021, Oleh is responsible for expanding business in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia.
