Oliver Gluch has extensive experience in stewardship management within the plant seeds and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Stewardship Manager for EMEA/APAC at BASF since 2023. Previously, Oliver worked at BASF Plant Science Company from 2008 to 2023 in various roles, including Qualita Manager, Development Manager Plant Biotech, and Seed Manager. Prior to that, Oliver was the Product Manager for Plant Variety Development and Marketing in Foreign Countries at BayWa from 1999 to 2003. Oliver holds a Diplom-Agraringenieur (Agronomist) degree from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, completed between 1987 and 1992.
