Padma Commuri

Padma Commuri is currently the Director of R&D Agricultural Solutions NA at BASF Corporation in RTP, North Carolina, where they integrate and implement the annual North American Regional R&D program. Previously, Padma held various leadership roles at Syngenta, including Head of NA CP Project and Portfolio Management, where they fostered agile project management processes and drove portfolio delivery excellence. Padma's earlier experience includes positions such as Research Scientist at BASF, where they established a biochemistry laboratory and managed research projects. They hold a Ph.D. in Agronomy and Plant Genetics from the University of Minnesota and an Executive MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
