An MBA graduate from Bologna Business School, Paolo has developed expertise in production management, cost optimization, and continuous improvement within complex environments. Demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and compliance with ISO 9001 and BASF's Responsible Care standards, Paolo collaborates with site management to implement sustainable strategies while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth among team members. Prior to their current role, Paolo gained extensive experience in various positions at Ciba, progressing from chemical operator to department head.
