Patricia Rossman

Patricia Rossman serves as the Chief Diversity Officer and HR Communications at BASF since July 2009, focusing on enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives in North America alongside managing HR communications. Previously, Patricia held the position of Director, HR Communications at BASF, overseeing all facets of human resources communications. From May 2001 to July 2009, Patricia was the Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs for Ciba, responsible for marketing communications and public affairs across the Americas, managing a team of professionals. Additionally, Patricia worked as a Communications Consultant for Ciba, IBM, Deloitte & Touche, and Sumitomo Corporation between January 1990 and May 2001, specializing in annual report production, employee, and marketing communications. Earlier, Patricia was the Manager of Employee Communications at Ciba from January 1987 to January 1990. Patricia holds a B.A. in Journalism from St. Bonaventure University.
