Paul Cooke, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a Senior HR Project Consultant at BASF, specializing in organization development and culture change initiatives. With over 30 years of diverse HR experience across national and international firms, Paul focuses on creating business value through innovative HR solutions. Previously, they served as the Principal/Owner of Ascolta Coaching and Consulting, LLC, and have held various HR roles, including EEO Manager at Metavante Corporation and Personnel Management Specialist at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Paul earned a BBA in Industrial Relations and Marketing from Lubar College of Business and continues to contribute to the HR field actively.
