Paul Flake is a strategic communications leader with over a decade of experience in corporate and business communications. They have held key roles at renowned organizations such as GE, BASF, and Continental, where they focused on media relations, employee communications, and brand management. Paul is currently serving as the Group Sector Communications and Regional Spokesperson for the Americas at Continental and is pursuing a degree in Public Policy at the University of Minnesota. Their expertise also includes building high-performing teams and advising C-level executives to shape effective narratives and drive engagement.
