Paul Frederic

Paul Frederic is an experienced professional in training and operations, currently serving as a Training Consultant at ChemFocused since January 2023. Previously, Frederic held various positions at BASF from 1988 to the present, including Senior Analyst in Technical Training, where responsibilities included front line leadership training and the development and facilitation of the PMU program for BASF North America. As a Shipping/cGMP Leader, Frederic managed inventory shipment, product approvals, and cGMP validation processes for pharmaceuticals. Earlier in the BASF career, Frederic worked as an Operations Coordinator, overseeing multiple manufacturing plants and their performance. Paul Frederic earned a BS in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University between 1989 and 1993.
