Paul Leonard

Paul Leonard is the Director of Government Affairs EU at BASF Agricultural Solutions. With extensive experience in agricultural regulatory affairs, they previously held roles at American Cyanamid, where they served as European Technical Manager and Director of European Regulatory Affairs. Paul has also led global government affairs teams at BASF and has been actively involved in innovation policy, chairing the ERIF Innovation Task Force. They hold an MBA from The Open University and advanced degrees in entomology and zoology from Imperial College London and the University of Bristol, respectively.
