Peite Bao is currently the Group Leader and Head of Digitalization of R&D APAC at BASF, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Peite served as the Novel Chemistry and Modeling Manager at ExxonMobil from 2019 to 2021, and held positions as Research Scientist and Senior Scientist. Peite was also a Research Associate at the University of Sydney in 2013. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from Nanjing University.
