PHAM LONG has extensive experience in supply chain management, with a current position as SC & IS Manager at BASF since July 2014. Previously, PHAM held the role of Demand Planning and Control & Sustainability Manager at Shell from June 2008 to October 2010, where responsibilities included leading the demand and S&OP process. PHAM worked as Supply Chain Manager at DKSH from June 2002 to June 2008, achieving notable accomplishments such as setting up a supply chain team, implementing SAP, and maintaining an Inventory Record Accuracy of 98%. Earlier in the career, PHAM served as Customer Team Logistics Manager at Procter & Gamble from June 1997 to July 2002, overseeing the distribution network and modern trade logistics channel. PHAM holds an MBA in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University (2007-2009), a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City Open University (1996-2000), and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of Ho Chi Minh City (1990-1994).
