Philip Lister

Philip Lister is a Technical Service Manager for BASF at JLR, bringing several years of experience in both aftermarket refinish processes and high-volume OEM paint shops. Previously, they worked as a Spray Painting Technician at Arnold Clark and have held multiple roles at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, including Technical Team Manager and Technical Service Representative. Philip began their career as an apprentice car body painter at Bill Heaney Car Body Repair Centre, specializing in high-end brands such as Bentley and Porsche. They hold a Distinction in NVQ Level 3 Motor Vehicle Body Repair and Paint Refinishing from Gateshead College. Currently, Philip is focused on testing and expanding their knowledge within the small volume bespoke OEM process.
