Philipp Engel

Philipp Engel possesses a strong academic background in Chemistry, having completed a PhD program at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, following a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree, both with a perfect GPA of 1.0, from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main. Engel's professional experience includes internships in Polymer Research and Development at Kuraray Europe GmbH, Molecular Spectroscopy at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, and Quantum Chemistry at BASF. Additionally, Engel has worked as a Student Research Assistant and a Working Student in IT at Steuerberatersozietät, with current engagement as a PhD Student at the Catalysis Research Laboratory since February 2023. An international scholarly experience has been gained as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Utah in 2024.
