Philippe Swenen

Philippe Swenen is an experienced key account manager with a demonstrated history of working in the chemical industry, currently employed by BASF Belgium s.a./n.v. since July 2006. Since 2010, Philippe has focused on sales of monocarboxylic acids and Glyoxals to clients in the Netherlands, France, and Belgium. In addition, Philippe serves as a Global Key Account Manager at BASF, managing Specialty Intermediates sales to global key accounts and overseeing coordinating efforts in Asia and the Americas. Prior experience includes serving as the Global Key Account Manager for Aroma Chemicals at BASF France sas from April 2003 to July 2005, where responsibilities included sales of chemical intermediates to distributors in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. Philippe holds a Licence in diplomatic and commercial studies from the University of Liège, completed in 1997.
