Phoebe Tsang

Phoebe Tsang has over a decade of experience in communications and currently serves as the Head of Communications for Performance Materials Asia Pacific at BASF, where they lead a team and manage comprehensive communication strategies. Previously, Phoebe held various roles at both BASF and Chemetall Asia Pte Ltd., including Senior Manager of Communications in the Coatings Division and Head of Regional Communications & Digital Marketing. Phoebe began their career at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, where they were involved in significant promotional events across Europe. They hold a Master's degree in Communication Management from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
