Pooja Kapadia

Pooja Kapadia is currently the CCP QA/QC Manager at BASF, where they lead the site’s Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. With over two years of experience in this role, Pooja conducts internal audits, manages nonconformance investigations, and implements corrective actions, while also overseeing improvements such as LIMS-to-SAP QM transitions. Previously, as an Operations Engineer at BASF, Pooja optimized batch processes and managed a multimillion-dollar debottlenecking project, enhancing production capacity and revenue. Pooja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
