Praphulla Chandra

Praphulla Chandra is currently a Business Excellence Lead, focusing on leveraging digital tools to optimize business processes and enhance customer value. They previously served as a Computer Aided and Applications Development Engineer at BASF, where they drove the development of lightweight plastic composite parts and contributed to significant revenue increases through innovative designs. Praphulla holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA. Their prior experience also includes a design internship at Royal Range of California.
