Pu Huang

Pu Huang is a Sr. Scientist in Bioinformatics at BASF, where they provide bioinformatics support for agricultural biotechnology. They have over seven years of experience in handling large-scale genomic and transcriptomic datasets, along with expertise in pipeline development and data mining. Previously, Pu served as a Research Scientist at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center from 2014 to 2018 and completed a postdoctoral research position at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2013 to 2014. They earned a PhD in Evolutionary Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Biology from Peking University.
