Ralph Wu is currently a Senior Manager in Application Engineering at BASF, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as an R&D Manager and gained experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at East China University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2016, and as a Senior Product Development Engineer at 3M from 2016 to 2017. Ralph earned a Ph.D. from the Universidade do Porto between 2010 and 2014, and completed their Bachelor’s Degree at Nanjing University in 2009.
