Raymond Chessa

Raymond Chessa is a Technology Engineer and Process Engineer at BASF since March 2013, where responsibilities include optimizing manufacturing processes, creating standard operating procedures, and managing projects from initiation to closure. In previous roles at BASF, Raymond contributed to the development of capital projects and new product trials, improved operational processes, and implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Raymond began his career as an intern at EQT Corporation, where monitoring and troubleshooting natural gas production were key tasks. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in 2012.
