Roar Solberg

Roar Solberg is the Executive Vice President of Business Management for Automotive Refinish Coatings EMEA at BASF, where they have served as Vice President since 2019. Prior to this, Roar held various roles at BASF including Senior Account Manager, Head of Sales East Asia, Managing Director, and Regional Business Manager from 2003 to 2005. Roar's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technologist at BLC Technology Centre Limited from 1999 to 2002. They are currently pursuing education at multiple esteemed institutions, including BI Norwegian Business School, Cranfield University, INSEAD, the University of Leicester, and London Business School.
