Rosa Marsal

Rosa Marsal is currently the HR Development Manager at BASF Española SL, where they have worked since 2001, focusing on HR policies, development, and diversity initiatives. Prior to this role, Rosa held positions as an HR Training & Development Specialist and HR Recruiting Specialist at BASF, and as a Consultant for Financial Auditing at Accenture. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
