Between 2014 and 2019, they served as an R&D Scientist and Process and Lab Engineer at EcoCatalytic Technologies, focusing on developing sustainable technologies for converting natural gas into fuels. From 2019 to 2020, Royce worked as a Process and Catalyst Development Engineer at Petron Scientech, contributing to advancements in bioethanol production. Currently, they are a Project Lead for Technical Services at BASF, where they direct strategic projects involving FCC catalysts.
