Ryan Herson

Ryan Herson, Ph.D., is a Global Commercial and Operations Leader at BASF, where they lead 3,500 employees across multiple regions and functions in the Environmental Catalyst & Metal Solutions division. Previously, Ryan served as the Head of BASF Organizational Development Consulting and Head of Global Transformation, advancing inclusive cultures and enhancing customer experiences. With a diverse background that includes managerial roles at Oracle, PwC, and Bridgestone, Ryan has been instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness and strategic initiatives. Ryan earned a Ph.D. and an MA in Applied and Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, along with a BA in Psychology from East Carolina University.
