Sabrina Fehres currently serves as Director of Talent Acquisition, Development, and Mobility Services for APAC at BASF, as well as Head of Total Rewards, overseeing compensation and benefits, mobility, and HR M&A from the Kuala Lumpur service hub. Previous roles include Head of HR at BTC Europe and various HR positions at BASF Personal Care and Nutrition, including Global HR Strategy Implementation Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. Sabrina has also experienced a transformative 10-month backpacking trip around the world. With a strong academic background, Sabrina holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a diploma in Psychology from the University of Mannheim.
